Let me tell you a story.. A big story, cut down here and there.Just to feed you the very essance.To enlighten you that there are more things in Heavan and Earth that cannot be bought for Money ...
10 Years ago there formed a small metal band which was formed by a group of 'small minded youths' as some people liked to call them.They had a big ambition to make it to the Big-Time as they called themself after the Much Famed album Arch Enemy released around the same year...
Well if i type this down honestly i would say that even i got to know this band's name after a Charity concert named 'Hope Rocks' (to gather fund for a Cancer Hospital). I realy dont know whether they Played it or not but a Friend told me that this band is going to play.
Then came the continuouse hammer of 'Rock Saturdays' at a Rugger pitch Named as CR&FC.. Beleve me when i say these are not good ol' English Turfed grounds.With Metal bands sprouting up here and their with big words,Big Names and much more Big Guys.But as all good stories go.. The bridge always gets hacked down by Injuns..Money is no exception.Saturday Organizers ran out of Greens.No blame to them. There were'nt much of a crowd here to support the light-bills of the Organizers and most bands of course gave up their hopes when the Saturdays died out...Our boys were still persistant of the fact that they wont scuttle the ship that they sail... Of course they say that those who are at the brink of Death makes the most noise.
Yet that noise too died down slowly...
Slowly ..
Till there were none.
It was around the end of January 2006. Suddenly people noticed that some dudes have cooked up something.And bless those who kept those hungry mouths feeding,In 25th February came out an album titled "Silent Chaos Serpentine" screaming out "Boundries Torn,Reveal all i am... Places burn down,here the bleeders sing.Their songs.." by non other than 'those dudes'. It was like, Russel Crow suddenly coming out of the water brandishing a sword,screaming a war-chant when all the gallery cried he has drowned. Except this want Russle Crow,the sword wasnet ordinary either: It came for 500/= and can keep you awake all night swaying your head and unable to believe ITS MADE IN SRI LANKA...
The Journey after that was a long one,and a Hard one.."No bed of roses..no pleasure cruise". Randy realy is quite right about dedicating Lamb of God's epic song "Walk with me in Hell" to their Road crew.Only those who hang around close enough get to know what these people run through in the name of Art.
But as the word evil stands with four letters,its spreaders are infinite.For among these people were the conventionalists: Well, we cant blame them that they cant face change,Then there are Those who didnt understand Metal:and they never will learn,
But by far the worse of 'em all were: The Vermin(as i like to call them).
These people love to spend their day by making some quick Greenies even by selling their own sister for sex if they were offered handsomely.The sudden revival of metal here in LK challenged them. For it kept growing bigger everyday and not that what bothered them..but these 'Dudes' cannot be hammered,bought easily for their own ways...
So they resolved to the one thing the US politicians did to the Commie's:
ISOLATE THEM !!! Let the simmer in their own stew and die away without
a flavour and let 'em come crawling back begging for forgivness,pity and submit themselvs for their own domination...
What a sound plan...

Only As Jack Higgins points out in his books: Just like Hitler Didnt know that Walter Schellenberg was there to foil his every top secret coups of the Nazi's which could have changed the out come of the Great War as it had been, they simly left out the fact that, Chefs and Fry Cooks are two of a kind.These Chefs turned out the right food at the right time, for the hungry souls that craved tingle of 'Creme de la creme' through their ears.
The road goes on and on,Down from the door where it began..
Now they have Grown much more... No longer they are a pack of stubborn boys wearing rags and giving an aroma of stinking sweat... In the lyrics of their songs words are more Sermonic and the Voice has got its Originality, The Guitars raise eyebrows of Jimmy Page while getting nudges from an much impressed Keith Richards, The Skins make Mario Duplantier check his feet...
It was a 'Long Hard Road' in-deed...
PSALMS should be written for such long journey's...
CONSCIOUS They were about all that went on and the sacrifices they made ...
MARTYRDOM and much fitting one,to commit oneself for the religion of Music...
Despite what Marketing Managers or Donald Trump would say about such a long title. The Judgement has been passed. ' PSALMS of CONSCIOUS MARTYRDOM ' is the much fitting new album title of STIGMATA that will be released here in Sri Lankan Soil on 26.06.2010.
It's an open Challenege... A challenege for those Vermins, that no longer they can deny Stigmata's existance and their ability to survive,cope,and outride the Hardest storms that will come accross...
Because they have won it .. They have won the hearts, and Ears of their fans...
They'll Hollow their names, For their sacrifice...
What else would be fitting to achieve in a laps of 10 years... ??
